Police investigations revealed yesterday that the first person the masseuse, Diana Wolozin, called upon finding Heath Ledger unresponsive in his New York apartment was Mary-Kate Olsen. Apparently, Diana Wolozin called her in California three times by speed dial then called 911 and made a fourth call to Mary-Kate after that, prompting Mary-Kate to send her personal security personnel over to the apartment to lend a helping hand.

I remember watching Mary-Kate Olsen and her twin sister, Ashley, on Full House every week when I was still a school girl. They were only babies back then and both shared a role and I always thought that Ashley was the prettier twin while Mary-Kate seems as if she had “old genes” which is still apparent in some of her photos on the web.

I once read that the Olsen twins are one of the richest, yet youngest, celebrities in Hollywood and they practically own an empire with products of all kinds to capture the tween market. I also read that their daily car is the limousine while mere mortals like us would only get to ride in one on our wedding day *sigh*

Ah… to be young, beautiful AND rich…

I came across the shocking news that Heath Ledger has died almost half a day ago but I had to get some work out of the way first before I could write this post. I got to earn a living, you know? I feel kind of sad that my opening post for this blog is on the death of one of Hollywood’s most promising actors. Many people say that he is “beautiful” and we know how beautiful people usually end up, I don’t think he is “beautiful”.

I watched him on Brokeback Mountain a few years ago. I think that was the only movie of him that I watched and I think he put up a very good performance as and I could see the struggle he had to face daily as a homosexual trapped in a society that will not accept homosexuals. Yes, I do not think he is “beautiful” but he did have charisma in the movie.

As for the circumstance of his death, let’s just let the police do the investigation.
